Job Summary:
We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and highly organized Social Media Handler to manage and grow our online presence across multiple platforms. You'll be responsible for creating engaging content, building our brand voice, interacting with our audience, and helping drive meaningful results through social media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, schedule, and publish original, high-quality content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement, and opportunities to connect with our audience in real-time
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to align on campaigns and promotions
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, conversions) and prepare monthly reports
- Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices
- Manage social media calendar and ensure consistency in tone and visuals
- Work with influencers or brand ambassadors when needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Handler, Social Media Manager, or similar role
- Strong understanding of current social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools
- Excellent communication skills (written and visual)
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, or similar
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Nice to Have:
- Experience with paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Basic photo/video editing skills
- Background in content marketing or copywriting
